Abstract

Highlights the relevant issues raised in the DOENI Modernising planning processes consultation paper; summarises the comments received and the Planning Service’s analysis of the responses; provides conclusions; states the action that will be taken and, where appropriate, sets targets for the delivery of that action; and commits to the Draft Programme for Government 2003/041 target for implementation of all proposals by the end of 2005.
