Abstract

Seeks views on the revision of PPS 15 which aims to prevent future development that may be at risk from flooding or that may increase the risk of flooding elsewhere. Focuses on the role of the land use planning system in the management of flood risk, taking account of emerging information relating to flood risk and climate change and also experience in the implementation of flood risk policy.
