Abstract

Relates to SR 2014/127, which introduces an inflationary uplift of 1.3% across all fee categories in line with the Department’s cost recovery policy. Also covers: introduction of a nil fee exemption; removal of the current concessionary fee for resubmitted Consent to Display applications; removal of the current concessionary fee for resubmitted Certificates of Lawful Use or Development; introduction of a new concessionary fees; details of an amendment on how mixed use applications are calculated; and correction of an anomaly in the existing fee for two or more dwelling houses.
