Abstract

Consultation seeking views on proposals for a new Part M and minor amendments to Part F of the Northern Ireland Building Regulations. Part M covers the necessity for provision of ductwork to allow installation of broadband cabling at a later date. Part F amendments involve the clarification of the transposition of Directive 2010/31/EU on the Energy Performance of Buildings. Contains the regulatory impact assessment.
