Abstract

Provides non-statutory advice for understanding the obligations and duties included in the School premises regulations 2012 and the Education (independent school standards) (England) regulations 2010. Highlights the new approach for fewer and less prescriptive regulation, to allow schools more flexibility in use of premises, whilst also ensure the suitability of the premises and guidance on how to meet the regulations.
