Forms part of the guidance on the arrangements for dealing with permitting of emissions of noise and vibration under the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) regulations 2000. Part 1 outlines the main consideration relating to the Regulation and Permitting of noise. It is aimed primarily at the information needs of Regulators.
