Abstract
Comprises guidance covering the interface between fire protection and other systems in commercial kitchens and catering operations (including fire alarm systems, gas interlock systems and building management systems) to ensure the needs of contractors, manufacturers, installers, and users are considered and understood. Covers the different types of systems, shut down functions, testing, service and maintenance.
