Abstract
These guidance notes aim to provide a basis for an agreed and commonly enforced national standard. They have been produced following consultation between Environmental Health Officers with experience of large outdoor events, trade organisations, major outdoor catering companies, the National Outdoor Events Association and the Mobile and Outdoor Catering Association.
