Comprises a revision to Regional Planning Guidance 9 (RPG9), and it contains a waste management strategy which replaces Policy INF3 and its supporting paragraphs (10.13-10.18).

Document History

Superseded by East of England plan - the revision to the regional spatial strategy for the East of England (GOEE, 2008). Partially supersedes Regional planning guidance for the South East (RPG 9) (DETR, 2001) - Chapter 10, paragraphs 10.13 to 10.18 are replaced and Chapter 11, paragraphs 11.1 to 11.13 are replaced. Supersedes RPG 9 (Consultation): Proposed changes to regional planning guidance for the South East (RPG9) - waste and minerals: including reasons for proposed changes (GOSE, 2005).
