Abstract

Seeks to set out the linkages between risk transfer, value for money and PSCs in a straightforward style. It does not provide a comprehensive guide to the techniques of risk analysis but it does give examples of some useful techniques, and provides references to further detailed technical guidance on risk. In addition to PFI procurement, it should also be of general relevance for conventional procurement projects.
