Abstract

Provides practical advice for planners and designers in incorporating counter-terrorism measures to reduce vulnerability of crowded places to terrorist attack. Contains specific advice on how counter-terrorism protective security measures can be incorporated into new developments whilst ensuring that they are of high design quality.
