Abstract

Updates the technical information and guidance contained in the 1993 Code of Practice, for the specific context of petroleum retail sites. Past experience of dealing with contaminated retail sites has shown that there is a need for a more consistent and open approach to making decisions about contamination, and to taking action to deal with it.
