Abstract
IFC98 is recommended as generally suitable for use where the contract period is not more than twelve months, and the value of the work is not more than 375,000 pounds (at 2001 prices), and can be used with contract drawings and either a Specification, or Schedules of Work, or Bills of Quantities.
