Abstract
Guidance notes for use with the Major Project Form - Sub Contract Conditions. The Sub-Contract reflects the format and approach of the Main Project Form Contract and anticipates that the Sub-Contractor will be similarly experienced in undertaking work on major projects and have the management and other resources necessary for the successful execution of this type of work.
