Abstract
Comprises 13 answers for commonly asked questions relating to recent amendments to the building regulations, such as: the use of combustible materials; material change of use; the requirements of fully encapsulated insulation; exempt components and requirements; clarification of external wall attachments; whether product classifications A2-s1, d0 or A1 of BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 meet the new requirements; clarification on the use of limited combustible materials; clarification of internal finishes; curtain walls and terminology clarification.
