Abstract

Gives practical guidance to the street authority on the exercise of its power to give directions as to the timing of street works and to street authorities and undertakers as to the discharge of their duties with respect to co-ordination and co-operation. The Code provides agreed procedures for conciliation and arbitration where disputes or differences arise.
