Abstract

Specifies imposed loads (models and representative values) associated with cranes on runway beams and stationary machines which include, when relevant, dynamic effects and braking, acceleration and accidental forces.

Supersedes ENV 1991-5:1998. NF.A1 - Following a period of public consultation, from May 30th to July 30th 2008, the NSAI National Eurocodes Advisory Committee has adopted the proposal that for national application: the recommended values should be used for all NDP's described within this Eurocode part; and Informative Annex B may be used. I.S. EN 1991-3:2006 can now be used for design purposes in Ireland.
