The OGC Gateway Process examines a programme or project at critical stages in its lifecycle to provide assurance that it can progress successfully to the next stage.

They publish a series of procurement guides, and other documents to sustainability, risk management and cost management in construction. The Property Advisers to the Civil Estate (PACE) was merged with other organisations in 2001 to join the OGC.
