Abstract

Sets out the procedure for orders made under Section 53 or 54 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 which have been sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation because objections have been made and not withdrawn. Also sets out what the Secretary of State and inspectors will take into account when they make decisions on orders.
