Abstract

Provides advice on planning obligations, covering: justifying the need for the planning obligation, format of the planning obligation, parties to the planning obligation, content of the planning obligation, requirements imposed by unilateral undertakings, modifying or discharging planning obligations, planning obligations and the provision of affordable housing, and planning obligations for pooled contributions/tariffs.
