Abstract

Explains the special consent provisions for commons owned by the National Trust, which are subject to a different law to section 38 commons i.e. sections 23 and 29 of the National Trust Act 1907.

Document History

Related to the following: Commons act 2006. Section 16: notes for completing an application to deregister and exchange common land or town or village greens; and Commons act 2006. Section 38: notes for completing an application form for consent to construct works on common land (both PINSW, 2012).
