Abstract

Aims to assist planners in explaining the role and significance of infrastructure planning to key decision makers. Can be used to help draft a report or used in part or whole as an appendix. Sets out issues local authorities and their partners will need to address. Considers planning as a delivery mechanism as well as the background to infrastructure planning and to community infrastructure levy. Provides advice for planners.
