Intended to help reduce any conflict between minerals/waste planning authorities and the respective industries, and acts as an aid for planning officers in their daily work. Aims to assist in the consistent application of condition wording between authorities and to encourage consideration of practice. Addresses conditions that are minerals-led and that are waste-led.
