Abstract

Addresses some of the issues local authorities will wish to consider due to the abolition of Regional Spatial Strategies. Aims to assist authorities in establishing sensible approaches to how they can progress their current work on core strategies and other development plan documents and deal with those planning applications which turn on housing targets or other strategic considerations.
