Abstract
Based upon the JCT Standard form of Building Contract Private and Local Authorities with Approximate Quantities 1998 edition, and adapted by the Scottish Supplement.
Document History
This revision incorporates JCT Amendment 1, 2 and Clause to incorporate the Scottish arbitration code (1999 edition). Also amendment 3 to Clauses 22.2, 22A, 22B, 22C, 22B.2, 22C.3, 1.3, 22FC, Appendix and 31. (March 2001), alters 30.12.1 (July 2001), and incorporates amendment 4 to clauses 25.4.19, 26.2.11 and 30.2 (January 2002).
