This revision incorporates JCT Amendment 1, 2 and Clause to incorporate the Scottish arbitration code (1999 edition). This revision also incorporates JCT amendment 3 to Clauses 6.2, 6.4, 6.4B, 6.5, 1.3, 6FC, Appendix and 5.22. (March 2001) and amendment 4 to Clause 2.12 (January 2002).
