Abstract
Comments are invited in this consultation document which proposes to use the Building (Scotland) act 2003 and amending the Building (Scotland) regulations 2004 and the Building (procedure) (Scotland) regulations 2004. The directive aims to promote improvements in the energy performance of buildings.
