Abstract

The suggested amendments to fees to take place from 1st May 2008, for work constructed to higher level of compliance than required by Section 6, energy; submission of certificate of design for work and submission of certificate of construction to support a completion certificate.

This consultation package comprises a covering letter, a respondent information form, Government consultation process, a consultee list and Annexes A-D: summary of proposed changes, discount/refund of warrant fee when using certificates, questions and this regulatory impact assessment.
