Scottish Homes wishes to improve the environmental performance and sustainability of Scotland's houses for the benefit of present and future generations. This document sets out what we will do and what we will expect of those receiving funding from us.

Since 2008 functions have been transferred to the Scottish Government's Housing and Regeneration directorate. The work of Communities Scotland's Regulation and Inspection division has been transferred to the new Scottish Housing Regulator.
