Abstract
The main purposes of this circular are to publish the Homes Insulation Scheme 1987 (Appendix A), to issue the Homes Insulation Directions 1987 (Appendix B), to draw local authorities' attention to the Homes Insulation Grants Order 1987 (SI 1987 No 2185), and to inform authorities of the changes to the scheme.
