Abstract

Provides guidance on the responsibility for the official safeguarding of civil aerodromes and technical sites, which has been transferred from the Civil Aviation Authority to the operators of aerodromes and technical sites. The revised Circular also applies to military explosives storage areas in addition to military aerodromes and military technical sites.
