Abstract

Appropriate for use between a Named Sub-Contractor and an Employer where the main contract is or will be the Intermediate Building Contract or Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design; and where the Sub-Contractor is to be ‘Named’ in the main contract or under its provisions to carry out the design and execution of sub-contract works under an Intermediate Named Sub-Contract Agreement (ICSub/NAM/A).
