Abstract

Provides advice on the implementation in Scotland of Directive 92/43/EEC on the Conservation of Natural Habitats and of Wild Flora and Fauna (the Habitats Directive) and further guidance on Directive 79/409/EEC on the Conservation of Wild Birds (the Birds Directive), with particular reference to the Conservation (Natural Habitats) Regulations 1994 (the Habitats Regulations).
