Abstract

Considers the conservation of fuel and power Requirements contained in the Building Regulations covering both dwellings and buildings other than dwellings. These prescribe insulation improvements for windows, doors and rooflights and also now cover replacement windows in existing buildings, with a relaxation of work on historic buildings.
