Abstract
Seeks views on proposed changes to the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (CAR). These amendments are to take account of recent changes to European legislation that will have an effect on certain activities which could have an adverse impact on Scotland’s water environment.
