Provides guidance for preparing Surface water management plans (SWMPs) as a requirement of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009. Detailing preparatory work such as defining geographical areas, establishing partnerships, resourcing and then looks at the assessment process, setting SMART objectives and selection and appraisal measures.
