Abstract

The Non-domestic technical handbook provides practical guidance to meet building regulations requirements for the conservation of fuel and power, furthering sustainable development and ensuring the health, safety, welfare and convenience of people in and around buildings.

Superseded by Scottish Government Technical Handbook - 2019 - Non-Domestic on 1 October 2019. Supersedes Scottish Government Technical Handbook 2016 - Non-Domestic on 1 July 2017. Came into force 1 July 2017. The 2017 technical handbooks apply to a building warrant applied for between 1 October 2015 and 30 September 2019 and to building work which does not require a warrant commenced during that period.
