Abstract

Introduces proposed changes covering a series of issues to be addressed and highlights them in a draft version of the Code of practice. The CoP enables road works authorities and undertakers carry out their duties to co-ordinate and co-operate works in the road, under sections 118 and 119 of the NRSWA.
