"DPAPI was unable to decrypt data" error in NBS Create

Symptom

Upon opening, or logging into, NBS Create you are presented with the following error message:

Cause

This issue is caused by a registry conflict, which then prevents you from logging in correctly.

Resolution 

1. Open the Windows Registry. This can be done by going into your start menu in Windows and typing "regedit", then opening the Regedit program that appears.
2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NBS\NBS Create\User
3. Delete the following keys from the right hand panel - C, CMRU, I, and UE.
4. Restart your computer and launch NBS Create as normal.
