Upon opening, or logging into, NBS Create you are presented with the following error message:
This issue is caused by a registry conflict, which then prevents you from logging in correctly.
- Open the Windows Registry. This can be done by going into your start menu in Windows and typing "regedit", then opening the Regedit program that appears.
- Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NBS\NBS Create\User
- Delete the following keys from the right hand panel - C, CMRU, I, and UE.
- Restart your computer and launch NBS Create as normal.
