Once you have issued a form in NBS Contract Administrator this changes the status from Draft to Issued. Once the form has been issued it is protected from editing.

Following on from customer feedback the function to recall the last issued form was implemented in Version 1.2 and above. Only the last form issued can be recalled, forms issued before the last one can not be changed.


To recall the last issued form:
  1. Open the required job
  2. Click Job > Recall Last Issued form
  3. Click Yes on the prompt to recall the last issued form
  4. The form should now be back in draft form for editing.
