Flexible working

Covid-19 has taught us that our people can work productively anywhere. We have since adopted a flexible approach that is here to stay. We’ve got all the tools available for remote working, alongside a fantastic collaborative office space our stunning Grade II listed Newcastle HQ. 

Holidays

We offer an impressive 25 days off per year plus bank holidays, increasing  to 28 days with length of service. Our long service members also get an additional day off as well as gifts (and who doesn't love those?). Our holiday buy/sell scheme gives you plenty of opportunity to get away somewhere or cash in unwanted days for extra  cash to spend.

Birthday & Christmas

Our little gift to you. Birthdays are meant to be celebrated, so we give you an additional day’s holiday to do just that! You can also take an extra half a day off at Christmas to help beat the Festive shopping crowds…because not even Santa likes to shop on a Saturday!

Time to give back

We offer you two days of paid leave so you can give back to your favourite charity or local community. Set yourself that challenge you’ve always fancied but never had time for, and we’ll support you all the way.

Family first

Work and life should fit together. We recognise everyone's lives are different. No one wants to miss the opportunity to see their child’s big part in the nativity, or miss out on other family events. Our flex approach means you can work around those big moments. We also have family friendly leave and policies to support working parents.

Cycle to work

We’re committed to becoming a more sustainable business. As part of this commitment, we offer a cycle to work scheme to help reduce our carbon footprint and promote healthier journeys to work. This scheme, backed by the Government, allows you savings 25-39% on any bike, e-bike or accessories. 

Healthy minds & bodies

Looking after our mental health is so important. We offer support through our free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme. Gym bunny? Feel free to use our on-site gym to lift that heart rate or use our fitness studio to try Yoga, Pilates or work on your mindfulness. We also offer free fruit to snack on during the day.

We know that times change, and technologies evolve. We always support our employees’ desire for development and learning opportunities. So we'll support you all the way on your learning journey.

Life Assurance

We care about you and your families. The company provides a life assurance benefit for all UK employees, so in the event of your premature death, a lump sum benefit can be paid to your nominated beneficiaries. The scheme runs up to 70 years of age.
