To increase revenue within the existing NBS specifier customer base by promoting and upselling the entire suite of NBS products and services to Specifier customers.
This is a sales and account management role requiring a consultative and professional approach. The job holder will proactively manage their own set of accounts to generate and convert additional business and upsell opportunities whilst retaining existing revenue. This role is UK based and can be either fully remote or we have a hybrid working arrangement in place with a blend of time spent at our award winning office in the centre of Newcastle with your colleagues and time spent working from home.
To deliver a world class customer experience for NBS customers by providing regular value adding engagement throughout the subscription lifetime. The aim is to ensure customers adopt and use the NBS platform and see a return on their investment. Ultimately this will drive advocacy in NBS and lead to account growth and annual recurring revenue for the business.
We have a hybrid working arrangement in place with a blend of time spent at our award winning office in the centre of Newcastle with your colleagues and time spent working from home. For those who are not local to the North East of England, this role can also be fully remote with travel to the office as are required
The Sales Support Team currently support the Supplier Sales team and are expanding to provide support to the Specifier Sales Team and NBS Schumann.
The job holder is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilising excellent, in-depth knowledge of our products and services. The team process orders and liaise directly with Finance to ensure they have everything they need to invoice our customers. The team also allocate and manage all prospect leads for both Supplier and Specifier New Business teams.
The Sales Support Executive will support a large existing customer base and also engage with new prospects, whilst working closely with our Marketing, Sales, Success and Finance teams. This role requires technical know how in order to understand and communicate effectively about our products, services, the market and our technology along with some bespoke sales activities.
The Business Development Representative will be a key part of the expanding NBS Sales team. Responsible for building a well-qualified pipeline for the new business Senior/Business Development Managers team selling a portfolio of NBS products to the manufacturing and specification industry – a critical role as NBS continues to grow at pace.
The job holder will be responsible for generating pipeline for expanding the footprint in new business accounts, working closely with the Senior/Business Development Managers team & Marketing team to achieve/exceed opportunity pipeline and revenue quota objectives.
This is a sales role requiring a consultative, professional approach where the job holder will proactively generate new business from the prospective and former customer base at NBS. This will be achieved through the communication with new potential and previous NBS customers with the overall aim of increasing revenue across the whole NBS portfolio of products and services available to construction industry professionals and product manufacturer customers. This role has the flexibility to be remote based in the UK, however if you are local to Newcastle upon Tyne then we offer a hybrid working arrangement where you can enjoy spending time in our award winning office in the heart of the city centre as well as some time each week working from home.
