Schedules

Use NBS Chorus to create client, planning and regulatory reports – all generated from the same shared dataset as your specification.

Schedules is a powerful new feature that lets you create new types of project documents directly from your specification data.

You can start using Schedules at the very beginning of a project – even before you start editing the main specification.

Schedules are presented in a clear table format and can be exported to Excel, or published to PDF and Microsoft Word.

  • Do more with NBS Chorus: Start a project by building schedules clause-by-clause, rather than beginning with a full specification.
  • Get ahead early: Capture key design responsibilities and create client-facing material or equipment schedules at early project stages.
  • Support key submissions: Create schedules that form part of planning applications or help demonstrate compliance with building regulations.
  • Strengthen tender information: Tag clauses in preliminaries or the specification to generate exportable lists of priceable items to support tender breakdowns.

Schedules is included with all NBS Chorus subscription plans, with enhanced capabilities available in Chorus Pro and Chorus Premium.

  • Chorus Pro: Add corporate branding to published schedules and save publications to your project history.
  • Chorus Premium: Multi-select clauses to tag and organise multiple items at once.
